Trainer Development & Coaching

Let’s be real here — a personal training certification is a great place to start, but it doesn’t give us nearly enough info/preparation for what we need to become a successful personal trainer! In my 5 years as a fitness manager in the corporate sector, the number 1 reason I saw trainers quit was because they were not actually aware of or prepared for what it takes to build a successful, consistent, personal training business. While this field can be very comfortable and lucrative, it takes a thorough understanding of what this profession entails to get to that place. Over the past decade that I have been in this field, I have used various experiences to develop a system to help trainers get up and running in their first 90 days and set up for success. Even if you are past your first 90 days, these tools can help you build from the point you currently are at to where you ultimately want to be. Also, I am an instructor at Show Up Personal Training Internship, and can give you further details on that program as well if you are interested in more long-term, in-class education on becoming a successful personal trainer!
